In our project, which we built in Samsun Engiz Yörükler district, we consulted with our customers on architectural surveys and proceeded with the most suitable project for their intended use and obtained the construction license. Afterwards, we examined the static calculations through the reinforced concrete project and carried out the concrete and iron quantity works in a controlled manner. We completed our price study, including the laying of brick walls, and submitted our offer to our customer and received the offer approval. We delivered our rough construction by making a program in a short time. The total construction area of our 2-storey detached house was designed as 199.50 m². Thus, they both met their needs and waived the additional cost of building inspection.

How much does the rough construction of a 2-storey detached house cost turnkey? We wanted to share some information with you in order to answer the questions about how much the turnkey construction costs. Since the land of this project is at the same level with our 0.00 level, there was not much excavation and filling work. Excavation works vary completely according to the condition of the land and the project subbasman curtains. We took the soft soil on the ground and filled the area where the foundation will sit with filling material. Afterwards, we applied our bundling waterproofing with membrane on the grobeton by throwing grobeton. We poured our protective concrete on the membrane so that the foundation reinforcements would not damage the membrane. After our foundation concrete, we poured our blocking concrete on the backfill by completing the backfilling process after making the water base curtains in accordance with the project. Afterwards, we completed our concrete works by pouring our column and deck concretes. Then, we started brick wall application by passing brick sand and cement orders and completed our commitment completely and safely by leaving window and door gaps in accordance with the project.
