Turnkey Rough Construction
Our turnkey rough construction work in Samsun Atakum Çatalçam Mevkii. After we met with the Düzgün Family, architectural survey studies were carried out in accordance with the intended use. After clarifying our architectural project as a result of consultations on the survey studies, license project works were started. We alleviated their workload by serving them for the execution of municipal and official procedures. After the approval of our license projects, we received our construction license from Atakum Municipality. With the construction license, the necessary documents were prepared and a construction site water subscription application was made to SASKİ. The project was drawn for the construction site electricity and YEDAŞ transaction steps were carried out by us in a controlled manner. Afterwards, we started our work with our foundation excavation and completed our rough construction works in a controlled manner by our experienced engineer teams. After our foundation excavation, grobeton application was made and foundation reinforcement works were started. After our foundation reinforcement works were completed, foundation dusting waterproofing application was made during the concrete casting phase. At the same time, as can be seen from the construction site photos, we poured our foundation concrete by making the foundation grounding application completely. Afterwards, we completed the reinforcement and formwork works for the filling curtains and poured our concrete. After the concrete set, the formwork was dismantled and the pin irons on our outer curtain surface were cut. Ravago Rubby 3 mm membrane was applied for insulation and damage to the membrane was prevented with a protective cover. The inner fillings of our filling curtains were made and our blocking concrete was poured after the iron connection. Afterwards, we completed our rough construction by proceeding in a sequential manner. In this project, the services we provided in line with the budget of our customer were license projects and rough construction applications. We calculated our price study on rough construction item by item and presented our cost analysis and proposal to our customer.
In this project, we have completed our construction carcass in accordance with the architectural and reinforced concrete project (excluding brick materials and labor) and completed our service. After our client’s budget adjustment, we will be able to create our proposal for other construction applications.
