After we met with our Izgi family, who owns land in Samsun Dereköy Taşkelik, architectural studies were started in line with their wishes. In the villa, we made room layout plans, kitchen area and wet areas for the usage needs of the wet areas and consulted with our land owner on architectural surveys. Our study, which meets the needs that they also liked, started to be completed as a license project. After the completion of our architectural license project, we applied for a license to 19 Mayıs Municipality and requested for the architectural project to be examined. After our architectural project approved by the municipality, the projects required for the construction license;

All the projects required for the license mentioned above were completed and submitted to the municipality for review. While the examinations continued, we continued to complete the other documents required for the license with our land owner. With our approved projects and the documents we completed, we received the building license with our experienced technical team. After we received the building license, we applied to yedaş in Samsun for the construction site electricity. At the same time, an application was made to the ‘Saski’ institution for the connection of our construction site water with the building license and its annexes. We started the foundation excavation works by taking all the necessary steps to create our construction site. While our landowner family was taking care of their own affairs, we were advancing the construction of the villa with our consultancy.
