After the 1+1 project studies were carried out on the land located in Samsun Atakum Yenimahalle Neighborhood and the most suitable project was decided on, architectural project works were started. During this period, the necessary correspondence and documents for the construction license were carried out in cooperation with the contractor. After the architectural project was completed, we continued the other project works required for the building license with our experienced technical team. After the project works were completed, we applied for a license to Atakum Municipality. After our project controls were completed, we received our construction license and started the foundation excavation works. While the contractor, to whom we provided construction consultancy services, was out of the city dealing with his own trade, YapıSentez technical and experienced team completed the construction by starting and completing the construction in a controlled manner by making master agreements, material research, price negotiations on behalf of the contractor. During this period, we, as YapıSentez, held intermittent meetings with the contractor with all our transparency and documents. At the end of the work, we made the Iskan correspondence and received the iskan for the Atakum Prestij project. Afterwards, we realized the sales of apartments at the desired prices by providing sales consultancy.
