Additional management structure belonging to Taşkınlar A.Ş., which we project and consultancy in Samsun İlkadım Derecik Neighborhood. After designing the carrier system of the administrative office building with steel profile, we completed our interior project works. Together with Taşkınlar A.Ş., the leading construction building materials company of Samsun, we made interior and exterior designs in line with their needs. After the single-storey administrative structure they used before became too small for them, we designed an additional structure to the existing structure in an economical and safe way. The transition of the newly designed structure was made without loss of space, again through the old structure. After the carrier system was installed with box profiles, joints were formed with I profiles and floor profiles were applied. Plywood was laid on the floor profiles and screed application was made. The exterior walls were covered with 20 cm of gas concrete and the application of heat jacketing insulation plaster and mesh plaster was made. The decorative line mineral of the mesh paint was applied on the plaster and painted with exterior paint in gray tones. Decorative stone bricks were applied to the corners of the building. The roof system was made with profile and trapezoidal sheet metal and rain descents were provided with guttering. In the building consisting of two floors, two management offices, a kitchen and a masjid were designed. Italian plaster was applied to the backs of the office desks in the management offices and decorated. Paint was applied on the ceilings after decorative plaster application. After the top floor staircase exit was covered with a wooden solid panel, a storage area was created by covering it with lacquered anthracite colored covers under the stairs.
