Steel Profile Safety Structure
The Private Security Structure we applied to the entrance of the factory producing surgical instruments in Samsun Organized Industrial Zone. After pouring the foundation concrete of our building, the carcass was formed with painted profiles. Rock wool insulation was laid between the roof and covered with plasterboard sheets under the osb. Bottom membrane on OSB and onduline onduline anthracite colored sandy membrane application was made. The outer walls of our steel structure were covered with exterior cladding used in the manufacture of exterior walls with a reinforced core against moisture and a special orange colored glass fiber mattress coating and mesh plaster was applied on it. Decorative toothed mineral was drawn on the plaster and painted with exterior paint over the primer.
